Revitalize Intelligence provides an educational software platform containing professional intelligence, dynamic financial modeling calculators, and comprehensive geographic market tracking focused on distressed residential real estate.

2. Educational Disclaimers and No Investment Advice

All content generated, displayed, or analyzed by the Revitalize Portal is for informational and educational purposes only. We do not provide investment, legal, or tax advice. Real estate investing involves significant risk of loss. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Proceed entirely at your own risk.

3. Account Terms and Responsibilities

You are responsible for safeguarding your primary account password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. Your account is non-transferable. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use.

4. Subscription Terms, Billing, and Cancellation

Certain features of the Platform require an active subscription. Subscription fees are billed seamlessly in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis via Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Cancelations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We do not issue partial refunds.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to misuse the Platform. This includes, but is not limited to: scraping or algorithmically extracting market data, compromising security systems, utilizing the service for illegal activities, or reselling the educational materials.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, curriculum definitions, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Revitalize Intelligence, Inc. and its licensors.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Revitalize Intelligence, its directors, or employees, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms of Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
